Beautiful book! I have read it three times now, and it always gets me all jittery when I see how Eloise heals so much! Eloise and Sean have gone through so much and it's so heartwarming how they both heal because of the other! A good read I would suggest it to anyone 12 and up!

Jillian Hart has been one of my favorite authors since I discovered her books, but her writing seems to keep getting better and better. This delightful story has several romances, country/ranch living, adorable animals (both pets and rescue animals), and individuals coming to terms with disappointments and setbacks in their lives, which it seems all of us must do at some point. Jillian seems to put a great deal of herself into her characters, and this comes through very clearly. They are easy to relate to and care about. This is one I very highly recommend for an easy, escapist sort of read.

Book 5: Wyoming Sweethearts
Another wonderful book in the Granger Family Ranch Series.
Sean Granger is working for his Uncle Frank. Sean's dad wanted him to get a degree and work in that world. Sean tried but his heart has always been in ranching. His fiance' broke off their engagement as she did not want to marry a rancher and she quickly found a dentist, and not for an appointment!
Eloise Tipple is back in Wild Horse, Wyoming. A car accident has ruined her ice dancing career and sent her almost fiance' dancing into a new partner's arms. She found a job managing Cady's Inn. Cady had escaped the Big Apple and her Law practice to open a country Inn. Cady wants to have horses for the guests and her godchild requested that she find rescue horses and give them a second chance. Cady has sent Eloise on this rescue mission. Cheyenne Granger is Eloise's best friend who has just graduated and is working as a Veterinarian so she cannot help her get the horses but cousin Sean offers. Sean has a horse trailer, a truck and a desire to help Eloise. As they work together rescuing the horses the ice around their hearts begins to melt. If only the words Gerald left Eloise with would stop haunting her. He told her no man would ever want the burden of taking care of her, she reminds herself of his words so she can try to keep from falling for handsome Sean.
Ever since Eloise came home, Gram has been determined to fix her up. Blind date after blind date. Every friend of Gram's that has a single grandson has been in on the plotting.
She don't have the heart to tell Gram that they take one look at her cane and can't get through the meal quick enough, often they even avoid looking towards her at all.
Jillian continues the courtship between Frank Granger and Cady in her books along with other characters. And we always get to visit with Buttercup, the spoiled Granger cow. This book is heartwarming and you may want to have a box of Kleenex handy if you are prone to get watery eyes, as I am.
CAUTION: You may desire to go out and buy a cute cow!

Jillian takes us back to Wild Horse, Wyoming where we catch up with Eloise Tipple and Sean Granger a nephew of Frank. Sean has come to work on the ranch and Eloise is now working at Cady Winslows Inn. While at the Inn part of Eloise's jobs it to find horses for the ranch to use and some of the horse they find are rescue horses. This is where Sean comes in as he has a horse trailer. Both Eloise and Sean have emotional issues to work through and its interesting seeing how they tick. On the side we see the growing relationship with Cady and Frank which is so refreshing to see. I love the fact Cady is an older single woman never married and finding love for the first time. I loved the story and cant wait for more in the series.

I was so happy to head back to the wonderful town of Wild Horse, Wyoming! I am so in love with the Granger family. Why? Because they feel just real enough to be my own! I love all of them, and their vast fun and teasing personalities, that is always backed up with lots of love. :) I loved the teasing banter between Eloise and Sean too, I was cracking up constantly. This could very well be my new favorite of Jillian's. :)

"Wyoming Sweethearts" was just yet another top notch Granger Family novel by Jillian Hart. I'm seriously addicted and can't seem to get enough of these amazing Christian romance novels. The story line was superb, and I completely fell in love with Eloise and Sean. They were absolutely fantastic and I think anyone would love them as well. Another wonderful story in a wonderful series!

WYOMING SWEETHEARTS
--------------------------
Lacking in rising tension/action and essentially plotless, this story joins the ranks of "unfinished" and therefore "one-star."

I decided to read this book because the female lead character had to give up her ice dancing career because of a serious automobile accident. I am a former skater and coach and enjoy reading fiction about the sport. According to the story, Eloise is a two-time world champion ice dancer. A few lines later, another character states that she will never skate professionally again. Competitive (Olympic eligible) skaters are usually not considered pros; nor are they amateurs anymore. One could assume she had a pro career after retiring from eligible competition, but this is not stated. Inaccuracies like this bother me because it seems the author is unwilling to do even the slightest amount of research about figure skating. They like to include a figure skating backstory because it may be attractive to readers or add a new element to a series, but they do not bother to provide any sort of realism. Later in the book, the author implies that the team was still eligible when Eloise was injured and her partner found a new female skater to continue to compete with.
Parts of this romance are sweet. However, it is overly repetitive. The kiss that didn't happen was discussed, pondered, and ruminated upon far beyond what was tolerable. This is basically a story about 2 people who had been hurt in relationships and are afraid of their mutual attraction.
Although this is Christian fiction, it is not preachy and references to the characters' religious beliefs are not overwhelming.
This is a quick, light read. Many people would enjoy it, though I did not find it especially good.

Both Eloise and Sean have returned home to Wyoming to nurse disappointments. Neither want romance only friendship. They spend a lot of time together saving homeless horses. You can guess the rest of the story.

Not my cup of tea. This is one of the few contemporary romance I have read and after reading this I am still not a fan of this genre. It is story of two characters who are both wounded and on the rebound. Both of them have issues which they are currently dealing with and not prepared to have a relationship. However love just happens and no matter how much you try to avoid it you fall deeper and deeper into the trap.

The story overall was fine and I am sure it would appeal to a lot of reader who like clean and pure romance but not me.On a personal level I was missing the fun and the joy of falling in love. The attraction between Eloise and Sean was slow and definite. However there was no tension no banter, no jokes. It simply wasn't fun. I got bored with the inner dialogues and repeated changes in point of view.I mean one paragraph I was reading about Eloise's mind and then next line it's Sean and you have hardly had time to digest the previous bit of information.

That does not stop me from recommending it to other romance readers who like this kind of romances which are clean, character and side character driven.

2.5 Stars. It was very difficult to rate this book as I didn't exactly like it neither did I dislike it.

I LOVE Jillian's Granger family! Not since Jillian's McKaslin family have I liked a family so much!!!! I LOVED EVERYTHING about this story! I fell IN LOVE with Sean and Eloise (I just couldn't warm to that name though. Too OLD LADYISH/OLD FASHIONED for a pretty blonde, twenty-something.) I fell in LOVE right along with Sean and Eloise. LOVED the horse back rides through the drive-thru, for ice cream. LOVED seeing Buttercup again. I'm IN -LOVE with that sweet cow, right along with ALL the Granger's. LOL! LOVED the storyline revolving around rescuing abandonded/neglected/abused horses. (I LOVE Cady!) I LOVED seeing ALL the Granger's again!!! :-) Even got teary right along with Sean and Eloise on the last chapter. If you haven't already read any of the books in Jillian Hart's Granger Ranch series, you should....You'll fall-in-LOVE with this warm, loving, Christian ranching family. Jillain has done it again!!!!...NO WONDER she's one of my FAVORITE AUTHORS! :-)

Another sweet story from Jillian Hart. I liked getting to know Sean Granger better, after seeing snippits of him in his brother, Pierce's story. The men in both sides of the Granger family are really just good guys all around, and he was no exception. I also enjoyed learning about Mrs. Tipple's granddaughter, Eloise. I really identified with her: we both use a cane to get around, and sometimes have doubts about our worth in a relationship 'setting'. I'm really glad that Eloise got through her fears though.
I am looking forward to 'what happens next' on the Granger Family Ranch.

Jillian, I really liked the characters in your "Wyoming Sweethearts", hope to see more of them. This couple both had lost loves and were trying their best to not EVER get involved again. Love will find you though as it did them. I loved the wonderful animals all having great names and the fact that abused and homeless horses were saved and brought back to their former glory. Horses are such beautiful animals.

Sweet romance.
What I found distracting were the page-long redundant fillers. How many times does one have to read along the lines of 'I want to love him/her but I can't.' I got it, really. Another aspect that I found jarring was too much emotional hyberbole, 'her chest clenched like a ...', etc. A simple 'she was mezmerized' would have said it and more.

Love love love this series! Another heart warming story. I love how Jillian shows how our insecurities can sometimes rule how we live our lives. Sometimes we need to realize that it's the heart that counts, not how a person looks on the outside. Can't wait to read more in this series!

This book is a common theme with Jillian Hart lately.

Two people who have had their heart broken who decide they never want to love again.

I got half way thru and nothing got me interested in the characters - first time in a while I didn't feel like finishing the book.
