I loved getting a book that is written by someone who actually has the same disability I have. There are parts that are more technical, but they are to help you understand CFS more. The tips are great! I've already instituted several of them with good results. This book also helped me just to know that I'm not alone and where some of my symptoms were coming from. If you are dealing with CFS, I highly recommend this book.
