“The Fox Watching the Hen House- and getting paid for it!!”

This 1996 book was written by two philanthropists with backgrounds in environmental sciences and philosophy. It serves as a comprehensive guide to a healthier life. You can expect to read about unsuspecting toxins, examples, solutions and resources.

Dangers within the home:
-Common store-bought cleaning products and fragrances may be convenient but cost long term health problems.
-Solution: Being aware and opting for homemade products instead limits toxic exposure.

Modern medicine:
-Technological innovations and discoveries in the medical system should not be underestimated in terms of precision. Drugs, including some prescribed medicines are known to have adverse effects long term.
-Solution: Treating issues directly with diet and supplements has shown to be a promising alternative. Issues such as (not limited to) deficiencies, focus, gut, infertility, and sleep.

Power of choice:
-Beauty, cleaning, containers, Fabric, Food, and health products in nearly all stores are less than ideal in terms of safety. To one extent or another, conveniences cost us our health.
-Solution: Educate yourself, shop and vote accordingly.
