Finally a book that presents strategic perspectives on various digital marketing platforms in a systematic manner. Hence there isn't detailed step-by-step guide on implementation. Examples are generally up to date.

Currently I've spotted one obsolete recommendation which is the free dim dim webinar platform. The company has been bought over by salesforce and the free service has ceased. =(
