I will say this book is a 5 star novel right at the beginning! I was hooked from the first sentence! It is the first book in the “The Chicks of Corbin Bridge “ series by Heather Randall. It is a fictional story that just might be true somewhere. It is about 5 very different woman that have struggles.

This book is Christian Fiction but deals with the subject of adultery and pregnancy out of wedlock. But there is no bedroom scenes or bad language used in this book. There is also not a lot of preac

In Heather Randall's When Chicks Hatch, we are introduced to 5 unique ladies. From infidelity to infertility, we can all relate to at least one of these women. Throughout the entire book we are reminded that God is always there weaving your life story to perfectly fit into His plan for you. Mrs. Randall does a fantastic job of creating a plot that keeps you hooked. This is a must read and, once you start, you will not be able to put this book down!

Heather Randall began her writing career with baby steps, literally. In 2003 she started blogging about her mommy adventures and connecting with like-minded women online. During this time she was also preparing the final bits of a novel that had been written with pen and paper. A friend typed it all up properly for her and, at last, in 2011 When Chicks Hatch was published. All this and homeschooli ...more
