Based off of a popular children's film, Thomas the Train gets himself into a bit of a sticky situation. Thomas is so excited to travel on the ocean that when he is told there is no more room on today's ship, he finds a different solution. Not by Awdry. The same (rather silly) story as in Lost at Sea .

Sander loved this book. It also has some excellent examples of literary terms. Most importantly it carries a good message. Making a good choice once doesn't mean every choice will always be good.

My Thomas-Obsessed toddler loved this story about helping your friends when they're in trouble. This is also a movie on Netflix/Hulu if your child is more into movies!

Thomas the Train gets into trouble and friends help. Nice lesson of helping out those in trouble. Definitely for the age group of boys 3-6 targeted.

Recommends it for: All Tommy Stubbs fans
Best Thomas to date. The illustrations by Tommy Stubbs are much better than the movie DVD.
His illustrations are the reason I have become a bigger Thomas fan.
