This Instructor’s Manual has been developed to assist in the facilitation and integration of holistic principles. The authors offer many strategies yet implore you to be creative and add your own personal style to these strategies, guidelines, and suggestions. This course exposes students to the experience of presence and healing. It teaches students different aspects of how to "walk the talk" of holism. The textbook content, chapter format, and teaching methods are designed to nurture the individual student’s body, mind, and spirit. The various teaching methods enhance the student’s creativity. This leads to sharing and healing of self and sharing of ways to integrate these dimensions into all aspects of one’s being.
