Read this with my little brother for a bedtime story one night. He said 4/5. From my perspective, it's boring. I understand that kids would like it, but even then there still isn't much to the plot. It's just extremely average.

Superman has just never had the same appeal to my nephew as Batman or Spiderman. He knows *much* less about Superman than either of these other two heroes, and as a result, he's less interested in stories that involve Superman. He and I did enjoy this book, but he was not as wild for this one as for any of his books featuring Batman or Spiderman. This is a really good simple story of how the three superheroes pool their strengths to get the task done that they can't do individually.

One of the best tv/movie characters based books I found as my kids cruised through this reading level, and it's still worth a read on the lap time to time.

Pictures are great and gives a little history of each character but plot is kind of lame. Like that heroes are coming back into popularity.
