I have had this cookbook for over 25 years and every recipe I have made from it has been great. This is where I learned my technique for making great waffles and it has served me well. The variety of flavors highlighted in these recipes is diverse and include a special section on yeast waffles. Waffles are super popular again with many waffle these food trucks popping up. Having a copy of this cookbook puts you in control of enjoying these indulgent treats anytime you want them.
