A very very well written book on shaping a son's life from a Christian father's perspective. Humorous at times, it also drives home the main points Mr. Chapman is trying to convey. This book was a gift from my dad in the first 6 months of my own son's life - a good read at a time when legacy and imprinting on your own posterity's life is a major focus of my own. I hope other Christian fathers out there discover this book & let it provide some funny yet strong words of wisdom into their life of fatherhood.

This was a good advisory book about what to teach a son; admittedly, it is written primarily to fathers, but I still really liked it. Besides it being written to fathers meant that the author wasn't addressing the audience as if to the dearest of friends and that it wasn't full of sappy stories, which was a definite plus.
