I loved how simply everything was explained. It is perfect for children to understand and learn the basics about volcanoes. The pictures were perfect as well and illustrated the different types of volcanoes perfectly.

This is a great informational book about volcanoes. This book contains new vocabulary words throughout it that allows the student to match the words to the definition. It also has a glossary in the back so the students can review the words they have read in the book.

I thought this was great. It gave the reader a lot of basic information about volcanoes and would appeal to children when they are learning about natural disasters. I know that I would have liked this as a kid and think that you could link this book to a lot of fun science projects.
