I really appreciate the simple yet wide variety of the open ended prompts in this journal. I think it’s very age appropriate and not only a space for free writing/creativity, but promotes self growth, self awareness, and self love. Teaching self care and regulation via coping skills and “recharging” tasks it done gracefully and done well for pre-teens/teens alike.
I’ll definitely be getting a hard copy for each of my own girls.

Absolutely love it! Filled with wonderful positivity and inspiring prompts and activities. Very creative and a joy to read. I've read a lot of interactive journals for kids and I was so pleasantly surprised to find this one had its own style and new ideas.

Really cute book.
I love the diversity of quotes added throughout and plenty of room to doodle ones own thoughts and feelings. Would purchase for the preteens in my life and some adults too!
