Wonderful Book. There are hundreds of thousands of books written about World War II. Yet most of these books are retrospective professorial type books. This book is something different. The letters from Carl Dunbar, to his Mom and Dad in New Haven Conn, gives you the feeling of being present in the hear and now yet the letters are from 1941-1943.
