More Money More Problems

Rate this book
ith all the bloodshed from people close to her, Lynise thought it was best to leave Virginia with Bishop until the dusk settles. He took her to his hometown in Newark, New Jersey and set her up in a nice apartment off Mount Prospect.

Everything is running smoothly while she's playing house with Bishop. But when Bishop's main lady gets word that he is entertaining a chick from the South, tensions will rise and fists will be thrown.

While Lynise tries to deal with being the other woman, a new man will force himself on her and throw more drama on her plate. In addition to that, the homicide detectives and the Carter brothers are tossing her name around back in Virginia. And once she finds this out, she'll be forced to make yet another choice about which direction her life will take next.

Good continuation of the series. Lynise has run into some serious problems dealing with Bishop. I thought Sean was up to something. On to next part.

Ok, I must start off and say I was really looking forward to reading this book...but it did not go in the direction that I thought it would go in...First off...In the last book Bishop had made a call to some dudes name TC and AC threatening them...because of some old drama they had...He made it seem as if it would pan out in this next book...However, none of that happened....I think their names were mentioned like 1 or 2 times...2ndly...I thought that Lynise would have a better relationship with Bishop than she'd had with Duke...Nope, none of that love story ishhhh...immediately in the story he was considered a dead beat like duke...so this story was not what I was looking for...but it kept me reading...I guess I was hoping it would lead to some type of ending where she was his Bonnie and he was her Clyde...Nope....I was a little disappointed with this one...Sorry I was a little disappointed...I expected more...but I'm still a huge fan of Kiki Swinson...but I guess we can't like them all...

Okay once again Lynise is back at it, but this time she has traveled up north with Bishop and hoping to lock him down and become wifey. Lynise has had no personal goals since the first book and is still trying to live off a hustler. Bishop has a wifey already and other chicks, once Lynise finds out she considers getting involved with another man, but in usual Lynise style he turns out to not be who she thinks he is. Lynise's character has had no growth and she just goes from one unbelievable situation into another one. I hate Lynise's character and the only book I liked in this series was the first one and they just get worse and worse. Kiki really needs to stop it with this series. They are very poorly written in my opinion. The way the book is written it seems as if the character is talking to us and I really disliked it. Hopefully she is wrapping this series up soon because she already has a release date for part 4. Please stop it Kiki!!!

I've always found Kiki Swinson's book to be a quick, good read.I've read more than a few. This series however... Get progressively worse book after book. I keep waiting for the main character Lynise to get smarter, or learn from the past. There is no way a woman who has gone through she has (and she has gone through a LOT)would make the choices and she's made. In some cases over and over. Is it me or were the characters of Duke and Bishop interchangeable? She threw an FBI agent in the mix this book as well. I guess it could have been a good storyline if handled right. I've read some of the other reviews. There is supposed to be a #4? I don't know if I will read it if so. If I can get some sort of guarantee that Lynise will wake up out of her stupor, maybe.

This book was a total disappointment. Bishop did a total 180 from the last book. It was almost like he was a totally different person when it came to Lynise. He just treated her like crap the entire book. I think there was a missed opportunity between Lynise and Agent Sean. Once he revealed himself I thought for sure they would have some torrid affair together. The mark was just missed here. We are left on a cliff hanger, and it doesn't make me want to hold out for the next book. Skip this one for sure.

The best thing about this book is that it is short. I really don't understand what happened to this story. Book 1 was really good and left so much potential but things just fell off in books 2 and 3. The main character Lynise was so irritating and it's like Bishop became a completely different person. None of the loose ends from book 2 were wrapped up in this book. I will not complete this series.

This book was nothing like the others........Bishop was like a total different person the way he was now treating Lynise was so different from how he was before this was so surprising ..........then i thought Lynise had found someone who truly cared for her......was holding on to hope for her an Agent Sean but I guess we have to wait for book 4 to find out......Although I really didn't care much for this story I will probably still read part 4 but please don't let there be a 5.......

Completely thought that the 3rd book would be the best book, but that hope was dashed. Was hoping that Lynise's attraction and sudden needed friendship with Bishop would be your typical love affair, but there was a twist on that. Then the end of the book had you wondering how the culmination of one and two would wrap up in this one and... IT DIDN'T!!! Gotta impatiently wait for Book 4.

This book was really good definitely worth the five stars. If lynise thought duke was an issue than bishop is problem with a capital p. with all the planning and escape routes lynise was not prepare for this to happen now she has no choice but to except the help of the federal agents and go into witness protection and hope they catch bishop before he catches her.

Wow this series just keeps getting better and better.Poor Lynise just keeps getting deeper and deeper.I really don't know when she is going to learn. She was cutting it close when Torch over heard her ass.Now I can't believe that Keshia was doing the same shit. Then for Chrissy to come into place as well is crazy. That ending was hella crazy now to go to part four

Drama, drama and mo' drama. Now Bishop is wanted by the Feds and Lynise is smack dab in the middle. Bishop wants her dead for turning against him. He is no joke, he has killed his sister Bria. On to book # 4.

Lynise is a one chick that always finds herself into trouble and more trouble. Trouble is her middle name!! I actually like her character, because through it all she keeps coming out on top, but we all know that everything that goes up, must come down, and Lynise is living on borrowed time!...
