This is pretty old for the computer industry, but my old copy still comes off my bookshelf occasionally. It's full of sticky notes marking the most common things I need reminders of. I have a small network, so many operations are set-it-&-forget-it for a few years, but then I'll get a new piece of equipment or have to expand something & suddenly this is a must-have. I could google the information, but then I'd have to know proper terms & search through the articles. This book allows me to store historical notes as well. Don't know how I'd live without it & Cisco IOS in a Nutshell (In a Nutshell.
