Wondering why Pilates became so unpopular, so quickly? This book is as fine an example as any, so if you have four consecutive hours to spare, try the provided exercises.
Instructions are extensive, but somewhat laborious to carry out. Illustrations add nothing to the book. Photography is nicely done, but unhelpful as a visual guide, since only one image is given per exercise.
