Essential reading for consultants who plan and facilitate non profit, cross- sector collaboration. Well researched. Be sure to read the 3rd Edition which has a masterful chapter about diversity and inclusion matters in collaboration that is worth a read for anyone working collaboratively.

This was a horrible book. It had nothing to do with community building. It was a glorified $30 checklist of obvious elements on collaboration with established enterprises. It also was a giant advertisement for the 1st edition, maybe that one actually had substance. Don't waste your money like I did....
