In the book “Dream Symbols” by Judith Millidge the main idea for the readers to understand is how dreams are developed and what they mean. Judith states this by giving proof and research about dreams in almost every chapter. After every fact stated it was followed by “research shows…”or “scientist have found…” . In the book there is no characters but there are principals of dreams that mean they will usually lead up to something in the future.
Overall the text is decent. It has good vocabulary which makes you think more creatively . Two of the topics I worked well were the human body and celebrity topics. The book did not appeal to me in an emotional way. Mostly in a logical way because it helped me understand the process our bodies goes through when we are dreaming.
