I loved the way this book was organized. It had bible passages and contemporary christian authors to drive home the point of each chapter. The chapters were about typical temptations, but also about the underlying need that drove the temptation. At the end of each chapter it gave some time to reflect (and direction) for how you would change what was wayward in your life (concrete actions) to improve your life. This book is meant to be a small group study (2 - 6 people). I look forward to doing the stress one!
