Bedre lærebok går det knapt an å skrive. Poengtert hele veien. Aldri uvesentlig utenomsnakk. Den røde tråden mistes aldri av syne. En del av stoffet er eksemplifisert med kuriøse/morsomme/oppsiktsvekkende dommer som er lette å huske. Den beste læreboken på de fire første årene av jusstudiet (men må kanskje dele førsteplassen med Jo Hov)...
