I bought the book Avant-Garde Performance and Material Exchange: Vectors of the Radical primarily in order to read one particular essay titled "The Two Ians in the Audience: Punk Attitude and the Influence of the Avant-Garde." I've found, nonetheless, that the other material in the book is also very interesting and useful.
