This book has a lot of good recipes for vegetables, fruits, and poultry/meats available at the Saint Paul Farmers' Market. It's a good resource for people who are unsure what to do with kohlrabi, rhubarb, parsnips, or rutabaga, or in need of new ideas for zucchini, tomatoes, or cucumbers. I found this book at the Mississippi Market Coop.
