Another small book, this time it's a " how- to" with hand drawn patterns meant to be enlarged. The ideas are there but I really wish that the book had photos, of the materials used. For the beginner it would have been easier to see the process, with real material. The drawings are sweet, but better for the more experienced sewer, who can envision things better. Everything is in black and white, so a great deal of imagination is required. But it is a decent starter
" pamphlet" none the less.

Small but perfectly formed! As is the corset book. More focus on theatrical costuming than period correct, but not an inch of these tiny books goes to waste; lots of simple, practical information for creating your own bodice from scratch.

Cute tiny "book" showing simplified boned bodice that can be adapted for various period looks (1770, Elizabethan and Restoration variations are shown for various occasions and classes). Construction hints and simple patterns.
