I went to a cooking demonstration in 1979/80 in Hamilton, Ontario to see Martin Yan. Great show, very entertaining. I purchased the book then and Martin personally autographed it for me.

I've used this book over the years and it shows it. The cover has seen better days and there are some stains on some of the pages. None of that matters. The recipes are simple and easy to use. They have brought me and my family many, many great meals over the years. Even last night's supper of Crab with ginger and scallions was another hit.
