Everyone who is on a "diet" restricts themselves from the foods they love. Now you don't have to. Maria has amazingly made an entire book of delicious and nutritious recipes for all those things people who are on a "diet" think they have to cut out. Eating to lose weight is such a foreign concept but Maria brings to the table the way to do it.
