Terribly boring book; insights are far and few between. Stebbins' analysis of topics is so underwhelming and is mostly a mere exercise in categorisation. It's also very irritating that he keeps quoting his own literature. Barely made it to the end; was seriously considering throwing the towel in, but decided to press on; unfortunately, a decision which was not rewarded.
