About the author

Stacey DeMille Wardwell is a Kukkiwon-certified Second Degree Black-Belt and an Indiana State Champion in Tae Kwon Do. She has instructed, officiated, and participated in Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, and Kickboxing. Through 15 years of study and training in martial arts, she has developed an approach to personal defense which she has taught across the country. She is the mother of six children and lives with her family in Lehi, Utah.

Loved this book! Seem like we only try to study up on the topic of safety when something almost happens to us or happens to a friend. Stacey is a friend of mine and speaks about this around the nation. Loved it. Good strategies on how to be safe!
