A book recommended by my Mom, who is a health nut just like me hahaha. Anyway, the fact that there are 4 different blood types, there are also 4 different types of diets one should follow. Each of us is built differently, due to genetics, environment, etc., and all react differently to what is eaten. Understanding your blood type and how you metabolize what you eat gives an insight to what is best for you and how you can improve your overall health. I recommend it.

This is an excellent resource for the range of issues/experiences related to pregnancy.
It starts with fertility to improve conception, pregnancy itself, postpartum & nursing as well as baby's first year. I like the meal plans & recipes too.

I don't buy it - the general info is probably good- but the diet restrictions for type O are ridiculous - I don't buy the whole food triggers allergy thing - either you are allergic to something or you aren't, and maybe this was written for the lay person, and so he didn't include the scientific stuff, but there wasn't enough in here to convince me that this was legit.

I was so excited when I found this around my daughter's birth! It seems accurate for her too. I can see a difference in our metabolisms when we stick to it!
