As an avid, I really enjoy reading this book. I like listening to the stories that come with all types of hunts. This book provides a lot of stories for entertainment, and help me learn. I will continue to read this book to the last page. I would definitely recommend this to any hunter that enjoys the time well spent in the woods, and to anyone wanting to learn more about hunting.

I love the stories and the informal style of the book. Reading it was like listening to Ted speaking to me.

As Outspoken, over the top, full of himself, and at times Down right Vulgar. This book is not for the weak. Over 100 stories of hunting and Killing game animals. You do end up cheering for him as he gets his first buck. NOT every story has a happy ending or lesson to be understood. What I mean by that is not every time does he tag the critter he is hunting.

Plus reprints of old essay articles from different magazines and newspapers are included. I will not say this is a must read yet it is a book that should be read.
