All self-employed business people face the challenge of marketing. Entrepreneurs, small business owners, and self-employed service professionals often have a small or no staff, limited cash and too little time in the day to execute a marketing campaign.

This book is a step-by-step marketing road map for growing your business. Internet marketing is the main focus of this book because of the tremendous opportunities that exist online.

This is a great book that I'd recommend to any small to medium business. It covers lot of territory as well as focusing on the new mediums of social networking. There are a lot of chapters to read but they are well divided by topic which makes this book also very handy as a reference tool for later. All you have to do is start implementing a single concept recommended and then expand from there. The author makes it really simple to get started without having to get bogged down in detail.

Part of the growing series of books related to "content marketing", using social media effectively, planning your web presence, getting noticed and more. All essential for small businesses, and all time consuming. Good basic info, but maybe not so much true "short-cuts".
