The title says it all! I had no idea how much I was adding to the stress in my life. I really have transformed after reading this book. I saw the author when she did a seminar at our work. She was amazing the seminar was totally eye opening and so I bought the book. It's kind of like a work book for your personal stress story. I did what she suggested and am so happy because it. I wish there were more books like this I really feel that it made a big difference in my life!
