Love Finds a Home #4

Home by Starlight

Rate this book
Ever since Patsy Lee O'Malley's husband died, she's been solely responsible for four children, a multitude of animals, and a run-down farmhouse in Cordelia, Missouri. There's never been enough time to pursue her own artistic dreams, or even to slow down. That is until a retired musician, Zeke Townley, comes to her rescue when she breaks her ankle. Taking care of her-and her countless responsibilities-is no easy task, but it reminds Zeke of the joys of having a family to call his own. Soon, both come to realize that they have reached a crossroads. And together they'll have to figure out which way to turn next.

This tale was so funny at the start but bogged down later.
This author can write, no doubt.
Zeke helping Patricia and her family was neat.
And the ending was too abrupt in relation to the length of the novel.
Hopefully the next series will be better.

New author to me; found this book on the "free cart" at the library. This is one in a series by this author. I found it to be a pleasant read of a love story from days gone by by. Interesting family; quick read; will look for others in the series.

Good story line, but the writing style was a little difficult to follow at times. I found this at the library and have never read a book by this author before. I skipped through to get the basics of the story and was pleased with the ending.
