For our non fiction unit I read Stress and Depression by Shane Bingham. The book was filled with facts and personal stories of people who have had or have depression. Throughout the book it fills your knowledge with facts about stress and depression. A lot of people might not understand this topic but I'm positive that after reading this book you'll get it.
