This is the first textbook about Economics I had completed. As a foreigner, I feel it is easy to read and understand, moreover I really enjoyed in reading this book. I strongly recommended it for whom they feel Economics is boring and difficult.

It could have been a bit more accessible in some places, but it was all right.

Brief enough to review for a lightweight test (CLEP), comprehensive enough for someone with little background. Personally, I like a little calculus with my introductory science survey textbooks, but you can't have everything you want.

The graphs are an excellent self-study tool. Skim some of the paragraphs and meditate on the multi-part graphs.

No mathematics here, but the book is still an excellent discursive introduction.
