This author brought to the table ideas that can be used internally as well as externally. This book WILL raise your eyebrows, will raise new thoughts but most of all will allow you to grow your customer service up, up and away.
I read the first two books really quickly. This third one to be honest was not really what expected. At the beginning it was ok, even if some of the examples reported were already used in the previous books. The last pages are more Human Resources oriented and they were not what I was looking for.
