Really interesting book, especially if you have children to feed and nurture. Didn't skip a word with this one, and made notes!

I couldn't get through this. I kind of wish I'd saved my 10 bucks on this one - it has some good information, but it's dry and robotic, and it really didn't tell me anything I couldn't get from a health magazine article, just plus a ton of scientific detail that I didn't really need to know. I found myself wishing for a cliff's notes version (and I NEVER deign to read cliff's notes!).

I'm still searching for a great book on nutrition and healthy eating for a healthy mind... there seems to be some good stuff in here, but I just found it kind of unreadable. I tried. I really did. I swear. It just didn't work out between us.
