A brief smorgasbord of leadership topics - but it agrees with both my experience and my approach so I recommend it for anyone that wants to learn "all about leadership in one short book." Clearly it cannot go into detail, but it describes situations and the correct response of a good leader well enough that those who want more can dig into the topic in other books.
