This is a guide designed to provide readers with a simple, easy-to-use reference for pronouncing every name in the English Bible, including the Apocrypha. To ensure that the listings are as comprehensive as possible, the editors consulted all available concordances, scholarly Biblical works, and various Bible translations. Divided into two sections . . . Biblical Terms and Nonbiblical Terms . . . the listings provide readers with a ready resource for proper pronunciation of the names found in the Bible.

Every Biblical pronunciation book does it a little bit different, but this is an excellent one to use. It’s not the smallest in size so it has more names you’ll find in Scripture than other editions.
