Una dintre cele mai practice ghiduri pe aceasta temă. Foarte bine structurata, cu exemple clare, și o abordare simplificată și directa, de mare ajutor!

Great for starting clinicians who want to know how to structure their CBT sessions with children and adolescents. I really liked the different age-appropriate suggestions and worksheets provided. I also liked that the potential difficulties with child/adolescent/ parents were addressed throughout the book with possible solutions. Loved it - such an easy read.

Excellent clinician workbook for helping children and adolescents with a broad range of anxiety problems. It's fairly brief, but provides the nuts and bolts for implementing a good treatment program.
