Reading a cookbook is a first for me. I enjoy cooking but it's a recent thing, and someone suggested I might enjoy reading certain cookbooks. This one was around the house so it was elected!

The recipes were well explained and the introductions to each chapter are not only entertaining but educational for someone at my level.
