Read this for my ethnography class.

This book felt slightly dated and rigid in its structure, but it will contain valuable information for those who haven't ever done ethnographic research or oral histories. It also has helpful appendices that lay out consent forms, how to index an interview, etc. If you want to conduct oral histories by the book (pun intended), then this book provides a very clear structure.
