This wasn't a bad supplement. The characters were great, and the adventure had the potential to be epic and awesome. But the central problem reflected SJG's bad handling of the entire line: they let the authors indulge themselves rather than aiming for a broader target audience. Let's face it -- how many people really want to set their RPG campaign in Austin, Texas?
