This is by far the most complete book on scrapbooking I have ever read. While some books focus on certain techniques, this one covers all aspects of beginner to advanced levels of scrapbooking. Every kind of technique you can imagine are in this book with instructions on how to do it. There are tons of page ideas too. It talks about what products to look for that is safe for your photos, about organizing your photos and a ton of resources are listed. If you don't know much about scrapbooking, this is the go to book to read first and foremost.

This is a book I would like to own. It had so many practical/useful tips and techniques that cover such a wide range of mediums. As someone just wanting to get into scrapbooking I can see this book being invaluable to me being new to the craft but I also don't see it ever being a book that just sits on the shelf. I am sure I would refer to it over and over.

Edit: I got this book for Christmas 2008 so read it again Jan 2009.
