A shop I used to work in carried this book, and I read it as part of my "I'm-SINGLE-now" period, when I was hanging out at bars with my girlfriends a lot. I remember thinking that I should read it, and when I did, that it was mostly just terrible. It's certainly a step up from Cosmo's terrible advice, but only because it leans a little more on the confidence side rather than the personal exploitation side. Either way, I really didn't care for this book.

This is a quick and entertaining read. Anyone expecting depth, this is the wrong book for you. However, if you want be entertained while also inspired to flirt, then this is perfect. Women will get a lot more out of this than men, but there's something there for us gentlemen as well.
Read this on a whim..... many of the things suggested I have read in books about public speaking. Of course then there was the riduculous stuff but I won't even dignify it. I deserved the stupidity for even picking this up.

This is a great book for how to network at an event and not necessarily a "guy trap" book. Using these techniques you can feel confident when talking to strangers, men or women.

Was amusing, at least; I dunno how helpful any of this really is, though.
