An excellent text book for advanced undergraduates. I particularly enjoyed the treatment of quantum mechanics at the beginning. Illustrations and figures are top notch!

Hey! I wrote this book, not David Oxtoby. Look, you can see (just barely) my name on the reproduction of the cover!

Some of the problems in "Principles of Modern Chemistry" are pretty tough. This Manual gives solutions to a bit half of them (the odd-numbered ones.
