A great book about the mining towns and area in Arizona south and east of Prescott and Wickenburg. Though I found the subject of great interest and liked the writing and organizational skills of the author, the poor quality of the photographs/reproductions left much to be desired.
Several maps are included which I always appreciate and anyone interested in history, geography, and ghost towns of the area would find this book informative and helpful.
If only I had a high clearance 4-wheel drive vehicle I'd be on the road to explore the area myself. Fortunately I can take my road-trips vicariously through reading, and no traveling on bumpy roads is required.
