Another Lori Foster favorite recently released in audio format!!

4.5 Much Too Tempting Stars!!

Ben Badwin is a confirmed bachelor and has had his share of women. Ben simply loves women, he’s a shameless flirt yet always respectful which comes from the fact that he loves and adores his mother, who raised him alone.

Sierra has just moved in across the street from Ben’s Motel & Diner and is looking for a fresh start, all she wants is to make a go of her landscaping business and forget her pas
After a slow start, it turned out to be a sweet read. I loved Ben in Too Much Temptation, and he remained true to himself with his snarky, sometimes pushy, but endearing ways. Sierra was a strong, determined women with an abusive past, and because of that she had a hard time letting Ben into her life to be her protector and confidant. Ben used his 'special skills' to convince her otherwise. Oh boy, and did he ever convince her! Very HOT! I enjoyed the secondary romance with Brooke, Ben's mother, ...more

The heroine in this book really killed my enjoyment of the book. She kept pushing away the hero almost the entire book because she was afraid her abusive ex-husband would try to "ruin" him. She did not act like someone who was abused in any other way. Plus I didn't buy that the abusive ex-husband would actually be able to call in loans and ruin so many people, things just don't work that way. I did like Too Much Temptation but this one was just disappointing, both the storyline and the love scen ...more

was looking forward to reading Never Too Much. I ordered it from the library based upon the blurb. I wanted a sexy, fun read. I did not get that and ultimately, did not end up finishing Never Too Much. I stopped at the end of Chapter Four. Never Too Much didn't work for me and these are the reasons why:

Ben Baldwin reminded me of a Matthew McConaughey type. Matthew McConaughy annoys the heck out of me every time he appears on the screen. (Okay, I don't know him personally, but I mean

I've previously read several of Lori Foster's novellas, but Never Too Much was only the second of her full-length novels I've read. It is also the second book in her Brava Brothers series, with the first, Too Much Temptation, being the first of her novels I read. Despite seeming to be a fan favorite, that story was just OK for me, so I was pleasantly surprised to enjoy Never Too Much quite a bit more. There were two main reasons for this. First, I felt that the characteri

I debated between 3.5 and 4 stars because there wasn't much sex! There was plenty of sexual tension, a good start to the sexiness, then a long section in the middle of the book that advanced the plot. Don't get me wrong, plot was good and secondary characters were good (loved the Kent/Brooke story), but a lot of the sexual tension was lost because there just wasn't any sex. I'm okay with dragging it out, or giving us just a little, but none? Foster has written other books with a lot more sex so ...more

I don't think I've read a book with so much sex in it, but she found a way to fit a story in between the sheets!

This is one of those comfort re-reads for me. I have say it seemed sillier this time around, but still a relaxing cotton candy type re-read.

A confirmed bachelor, Ben Badwin has had his share of women, and he likes them as sexy, wild, and uninhibited as his desires. Nothing at all like the brash, dirt-covered, wholesomely cute woman who just strutted into his diner for a cold drink. But something about Sierra Murphy's independent attitude makes Ben fantasies run wild. He'd love nothing more than to dazzle her with his prized sensual make her want him as badly as he suddenly wants her...

Sierra has her own plans -- and they

And...this is why Lori Foster will remain one of my favorite authors of all time! I absolutely loved this book. I've read other reviews and have to say that I am shocked by some of them. I absolutely loved Ben. I didn't think he was too pushy. I thought it was actually sweet the way he realized that love had sneaked up on him, completely unexpectedly. For those who said that Sierra didn't seem like a real victim of abuse...get real. Not all victims express themselves or behave the same way. I ha ...more

I was easily looking at a 3-4 star rating through most of the book. Ben was really ticking me off. Pushing too hard. When he was losing patience, he said things he shouldn't. And the over the top, way too much, constant flirt. I knew Sierra right off the bat. She is a woman we all know. And admire. In the end, Sierra helped me to fall for Ben too. Conditionally. haha I loved the way the whole story wound up, the family and all. I had been looking for someone to be off to the side, eyeing Aggie. ...more
Holy hell I think this may be Lori Foster's hottest book, and I was so not expecting that! The first book in this series Noah's story, was hot and sexy, but Ben's story, oh my.
Ben is such a complete alpha, so dominating and almost a little controlling. He loves women, and they love him. Until he meets Sierra he's not had much difficulty convincing a woman to spend some time with him, hell I don't think he ever had to do any convincing But Sierra's not like anyone else he's met before and that co

This was better than the first one. After having read this one, I think I can say that reason I didn't like the first as much was because of Noah. I enjoyed reading this one more because Ben was more entertaining and he was funnier.

I also like Sierra, she was the type of character that tries to protect everyone more than she tries to protect herself. Her interactions with Ben were really amusing. I also thought that one surprising aspect was the story between Ben's mom Brooke and Sierra's friend

I was book floundering. Do you ever do that? Pick up a book, start it, put it aside because it's just not holding your interest? So, after doing that to two books, I finally went to one of my go to author's, Lori Foster, and read this book. Yay! I was no longer floundering. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but I liked this book. I didn't think Sierra held Ben off too much, in fact sometimes I thought he got a little too pushy and she should have held him off more. But ...more

Maybe it was just me. But this book was really kind of blah. It seems as if Ms. Foster tried to add a level of depth to the book with Sierra's challenges with Griff but sadly this book missed the mark. It lacked the bite of some of the other books. The conflict was not complex enough to keep me interested in the story. It was an okay read but nothing to write home about, IMO.

Wow big difference from book 1, and not in a good way! Don't get me wrong, this was an ok book but it lacked passion, excitement, and the girl just annoyed me. The guy was made to look like a complete ho. It just didn't work for me like book 1 did.

I love Lori Foster, she writes with humor, her characters are interesting and fun to read about. One of my favorite romance authors.

In this book you meet Sierra Murphy, she's new to town. Ben Badwin is intrigued by Sierra, the challenge of trying to get to her makes him crazy. Her confidence, mixed with sweet innocence is a heady combo. Ben isn't used to working this hard to romance a woman.

This book is exactly why I love Lori Foster's writing. When the book ends I feel genuinely sad to no longer have a window into these characters lives and I always finish with a big silly smile on my face. I love the combination of well rounded characters, a great love story, bags of sexual tension, passionate love scenes and usually a little suspense or mystery along the way. I think it's the level of emotional connection between the main characters that lifts these books from 'good' to 'great'. ...more

I became enamored with Lori Foster reading her Love Undercover and Men Who Walk the Edge of Honor series. I loved the alpha lead men and the drama. However, the more Lori Foster novels I read the less enamored I become. It seems like with each novel there is less and less actual story and more sex. I like hot stories as much as the next gal, but give me a little story to set the mood!

I think the plot was interesting enough. Woman running away from her past, Sierra, moves in acros

Ben Badwin loves women. He's content to remain a bachelor and play the field. That is until he notices his sexy new neighbor Sierra Murphy. There's just something about Sierra that has Ben rethinking his allergy to commitment. Sierra is trying to rebuild her life after a disastrous marriage. She has no time for men but she can't deny her attraction to Ben. Sierra decides that the best way to get him out of her system is to have a one night stand with him. Can Ben change her mind and get her to c ...more

Sierra has just moved into town looking for a fresh start and trying to get over her past. She doesn't expect to be hit on by an obvious play boy almost immediately as she steps foot out of her truck.

Ben Badwin has always been a ladies man. He enjoyed the variety and the attention. But every since his brother married he hasn't been as interested anymore. He suspects he might be looking for the same thing his brother has, happiness. He never expected to be attracted to the new town arrival dresse
I REALLY enjoyed this one. It's a simple, straightforward story, but I love the way it's written - not in a great gushing hurry, and not at a tortuously slow crawl, but at a pace which beautifully-describes the hero and heroine, their feelings and motivations, and unveils the plot in all it's simplicity. The hero and heroine are both likeable, even though the heroine is sharp to the point of rude, she has her reasons. Some reviewers have questioned why the heroine would try to protect the hero, ...more

I enjoy romance books and I saw this book at GoodWill so I was like sure! why not right? Then I started reading it and couldn't stop! I always wanted to know what was going to happen next. I really liked it, but I didn't give it 5 stars because of the characters.
I don't know if I just wasn't feeling the characters because I didn't read the first book so I wasn't really familiar with Ben at all or what. To me, Ben was like a knock off of Christian Grey. Both guys were super dominate and wanted t

The back cover of this one contained enough information to intrigue me but... the early pages included dialogue that seemed way too ham-fisted for me to continue reading it. I was in the middle of my sandwich and too lazy to go find another book on the pile so I thought I'd keep going just to see how silly it was going to get. Well, just a few more chapters and I was compelled to keep reading and see how it ended. It ended well - Nora Roberts cheerful well - but in between there was some mess wi ...more
