If you didn't have a video this would definitely be the next best thing. From the photographs and the instructions, it totally shows what to do.
The one thing that bothers me is that they don't say like this particular asana is good for the kidneys and this particular asana is good for headaches. This is one thing that yoga in India definitely states. I know the reason they are not doing this is that they don't want to get sued. But this somewhat bothers me. Fortunately you can get such information from other books and from the internet.
i am really enjoying this book. the instructions are very clear, the pictures are very detailed. i can roll around in my bedroom floor without everybody thinking that i'm having an attack of some kind.
if i saw this in a store, i would probably pick it up to have my own copy. i'll definitely try to pick this up from the library again when i get back from Arkansas.
