This book is a lot like the gangster movies on tv. There are loan sharks, murders, gambling, kidnapping, and so on. Stella's husband, Johnny, gambles and loses. Something that the loan sharks don't take too kindly. After losing everything, then Stella gets kidnapped. Her father steps in to try to save her before it's too late. Full of action, thrill seekers will enjoy it.
Patricia Bellomo shares her characters love of fine dining and South FLorida sun. She lives in the Detroit area with her husband, Vince, and escapes Michigan winters by visiting the Sunshine State. Frequent travels also take her to New Orleans. Patricia loves writing about powerful men and admits to having known a few "Louie Morelli" types.
