Here's a rarity among the self-help books of this kind: I actually have applied some of the ideas expounded here, and found them specifically useful. It's general enough that it applies to a lot of different kinds of business operations, but the ideas have clear enough application that many people could pick them up and improve their marketing efforts as a result.
